LOI 26-084 Code Compliance Special Master and Alternate Special Master Services

The Citrus County - Board of County Commissioners is seeking the services of two qualified attorneys to serve as the Special Master and an Alternate Special Master. The Special Master will perform the duties of hearing officer, hearing all cases assigned by Citrus County involving alleged violation of the various codes of Citrus County. The Special Master shall work with County staff and be prepared to issue findings of fact and conclusions of law consistent with the powers granted. The key responsibilities of the Special Master include: • Hearing all cases assigned by Citrus County involving alleged violation of the various codes of Citrus County • Working with County staff to issue findings of fact and conclusions of law • Performing the duties of hearing officer as provided in the Citrus County Code • Being prepared to issue findings of fact and conclusions of law in a timely manner
