Description
The City of North Port intends to award a sole source procurement to Whelen Engineering Company Inc. for a software subscription cloud package. The proposed contract action is for product or services for which the City intends to negotiate and award with only one contractor/vendor under the authority of and in accordance with Florida State Statute 287.057(5)(c).
• The scope of work includes a software subscription cloud package.
• The estimated value of the acquisition is $0.01.
• The City is not seeking formal proposals, bids, or quotes in response to this notice.
• Any responses received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
