Description
The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price purchase order for a comprehensive annual service and maintenance agreement covering high-content imaging systems and associated equipment. The agreement will include annual preventative maintenance visits, unlimited repair service, and access to manufacturer-certified service engineers. The systems to be maintained include two Operetta CLS high-content imaging systems, six Opera Phenix confocal microscopy systems, and associated integrated equipment. The objective of the agreement is to ensure uninterrupted operation, manufacturer-compliant servicing, and rapid repair of these mission-critical imaging and automation platforms.
