Description
The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a contractual price agreement between the Reading Municipal Light Department (RMLD) and the successful bidder for rates for the Removal, Transportation, Disposal, and Remediation of Hazardous Materials, including Emergency Response Services, of polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) contaminated and non-PCB contaminated soil and other waste material.
