Description
The North Clackamas School District is seeking a comprehensive, hosted Student Transportation Management Platform to modernize and streamline its transportation ecosystem. The selected vendor will provide a system that consolidates routing, dispatch, communication, and real-time tracking into a centralized and user-friendly platform accessible to administrators, dispatch staff, school staff, and parents. The system should meet various requirements, including hosting, data integrity, GPS, student/parent app, routing, dispatching, safety and training, trips, shop, contracts and payroll, and implementation, customer support, and training. The proposal should include a detailed implementation plan, cost proposal, and required attachments.
