SATRN software and management

The Naval Postgraduate School is seeking a contractor to provide SATRN software and management services. The contractor will be responsible for managing and integrating a complete system of computer hardware, software, and communication technologies. The system is used to track and maintain documentation for the system's Authority to Operate (ATO) and to ensure reliable operations for the ground stations that communicate with the program's orbiting vehicles. The contractor will also work with US government personnel and foreign mission partners to increase the reach and connectivity of the MC3 system. The key features of this opportunity include: • The contractor will have access to the MC3 network, including the AWS GovCloud, remote ground terminals, and US government systems. • The contractor will be required to work with US government personnel and foreign mission partners. • The system operates on the SATRN software, which is currently only available from a single vendor. • The contract is for a period of performance from Feb 1, 2026 to Jul 31, 2026. • The estimated dollar value of the contract is $275,000.
