Consultant Services, Audit and Tax Reporting Services 2026-2029 for NYCEDC, NYCIDA, BNYC, NYCLDC, BMTDC, HPPM LLC RFP

The New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) is seeking an independent auditor to perform annual audits of its financial statements and those of its associated entities. The selected auditor will provide services for a four-year period, starting in 2026. The scope of work includes performing annual audits, preparing tax forms, and providing other related services. The NYCEDC will select one respondent to provide these services for all six entities. The selection will be based on factors such as the quality of the proposal, experience of key staff, and the maximum contract price. • The auditor will be engaged to perform services pursuant to six separate four-year contracts with NYCEDC, NYCIDA, BNYC, NYCLDC, BMTDC, and HPPM LLC. • The NYCEDC plans to select an auditor based on factors stated in the RFP, including the quality of the audit firm's proposal and experience. • Companies certified as Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs) are strongly encouraged to apply. • Respondents may submit questions and request clarifications from NYCEDC no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 16, 2026.
