STX)-2026-012 (Henry E. Rohlsen Airport Emergency Pavement Repairs

The Virgin Islands Port Authority is seeking a contractor to enter into a Master Services Agreement for emergency pavement repairs at the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport. The selected contractor will be required to conduct a site visit to verify necessary quantities and submit a cost proposal for the repairs. The contractor must be prepared to mobilize within 8 hours of receiving notice from the Authority. The contract will be for a period of 2 years with an option to renew for an additional year. • The scope of work includes emergency pavement repairs to the airport runway. • The contractor will be required to provide a certificate of insurance and a certificate of good standing. • The contractor will be required to comply with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances. • The contractor will be required to provide references and prior experience, preferably with other governmental agencies.
