Description
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking a commercial products or commercial services to provide a CMOS camera system for the Biosystems and Biomaterials Division, Material Measurement Laboratory. The project aims to develop light-scattering microscopy methods to characterize gene delivery particles. The solicitation requires offerors to provide a firm-fixed-price quotation for the line items, including a microscope camera system and manuals. The offeror must demonstrate that their proposed equipment meets or exceeds all minimum requirements.
• The offeror must provide a technical capability documentation that includes a narrative, charts, graphs, tables, drawings, product/service literature, and demonstrated authority to provide the necessary items and perform the required services.
• The offeror must propose a firm-fixed-price quotation for each line item, including all shipping costs and tariffs.
• The offeror must review the provision and clauses attachment and complete any required information.
• The offeror must accept the terms and conditions contained in the solicitation, or state any exceptions.
