The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to renovate the Dialysis Unit at the Northport VA Medical Center. The project involves the renovation of approximately 5,330 square feet of existing space, including demolition, abatement, and construction of new areas. The scope of work includes consideration of existing utilities, mechanical and electrical systems, and fire suppression systems. The contractor will be responsible for all programming, infrastructure build-out, and equipment installation. The project requires compliance with VA-adopted codes and standards, including VA Directives, Design Manuals, and Master Construction Specifications.
