Description
The City of Twin Falls is seeking responses from licensed Idaho Public Works Construction Managers (CMs) and licensed Idaho Public Works Contractors to provide their qualifications to perform certain construction manager/general contractor services. The selected firms will be placed on a hiring roster for consideration on future projects. The services include preconstruction, construction, and project management. The city is looking for firms with experience in CM/GC services, project budget control, and relevant project experience. The proposal should include an introductory letter, qualifications, and CM/GC project experience.
• The city is seeking firms with experience in park projects, new construction, existing construction/remodel, and site work.
• The proposal should include a detailed description of the firm's approach to providing CM services, project budget control, and relevant project experience.
• The city reserves the right to interview firms prior to placing them on the roster.
• The city will evaluate proposals based on the criteria identified in the RFQ, including qualification of the project manager and key personnel, project approach, total project budget control, and relevant project experience and references.
