Description
The Indian Health Service is seeking sources for a firm fixed-price, non-personal service contract to provide blood services to the Cheyenne River Health Center in Eagle Butte, South Dakota. The contract will include the provision of blood components, reference laboratory services, and apheresis products. The contractor must be a blood center accredited by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and adhere to Title 21 of the Code of Regulations and American Association of Blood Banks standards. The period of performance will be a base year with two option years. The contractor will be responsible for delivering blood products bi-weekly and storing them in a refrigerator with a continuous temperature monitoring system. The contractor must also establish a quality control program to ensure the quality of services performed.
