Description
The US Air Force is conducting market research to identify potential sources for fire suppression services at Malmstrom Air Force Base (MAFB). The services include annual inspection and maintenance of fire extinguishers, recharging, and hydrostatic testing. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the fire extinguishers are operable and meet NFPA 10 standards. The estimated annual quantities include 258 fire extinguishers, 43 portable fire extinguishers, and 22 hydrostatic tests. The contractor will also be responsible for area clean-up and ensuring that the site is returned to its original condition.
