Description
The City of Boston, acting by the Boston Public Schools Food and Nutrition Department, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive vending machine services. Services shall include the installation (if applicable), ongoing maintenance, and regular stocking of vending machines to ensure consistent availability of products at designated locations. The vendor will be responsible for providing these services to Boston Public Schools.

• The IFB documents will be available on or about Monday, February 2nd, 2026 after 12:00 P.M., Boston time.
• Bids must be submitted before 2:00 P.M., Boston time, Monday, March 2nd, 2026 and opened forthwith.
• The contract is subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Vending Machine Services for Boston Public Schools.
