Park Buildings

The Holjes Sheppard Memorial Park Building Improvements project involves the procurement and installation of a 1,200 SF steel pole barn and a 1,200 SF steel pavilion, along with related incidental work and improvements. The project is being funded by local recreational grants, Hunterdon County Park grants, and the Borough of Lebanon. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all provisions of prevailing wage rates as determined by the New Jersey Department of Labor. • The project must be completed within 60 calendar days of notice to proceed. • Bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 regarding equal employment opportunity. • The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond in the amount of 100 percent of the accepted bid amount. • The project is open to public inspection, and plans and specifications can be obtained from the Borough Administrator's Office or Boswell Engineering's offices.
