Description
The Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for Environmental Testing Services for the Louisiana Department of Public Safety, Louisiana Oil Spill Coordinator's Office (DPS/LOSCO). The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms, and conditions. The total contract term cannot exceed 36 months. The successful bidder will be required to provide environmental laboratory services, including testing and analysis of various environmental samples.
• The contract will be awarded to the bidder who submits the most responsive and responsible bid.
• The bidder must be registered in the LaGov vendor system to submit an online bid.
• The bidder must provide all required documents, including a completed bid form, pricing sheet, and any other supporting documentation.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, including those related to environmental testing and laboratory services.
