The City of Chandler is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide a multi‑year professional‑services program supporting its risk‑based Water Main Replacement Program. The consultant will deliver planning, design, analysis, permitting, construction‑admin, and optional construction‑management services for 2‑8 miles of water‑main replacement each year, with potential ancillary work such as sanitary‑sewer rehabilitation, pavement maintenance, and “dig‑once” coordination. The contract may be awarded up to eight times, each for an initial three‑year term with two possible one‑year extensions (up to five years total).
