Description
The Veterans Health Administration is seeking a lease for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Grants Pass, OR. The leased facility will provide a minimum of 18,810 to a maximum of 19,800 square feet of contiguous space. The lessor will be responsible for providing architectural design services, interior design services, and construction of the leased space. The clinic will include various rooms such as exam rooms, procedure rooms, and administrative offices. The lessor must comply with various regulations and standards, including those related to fire protection, life safety, and accessibility. Some key features of the project include:
