Operation of a Senior Service Center and Related Activities

The City of Clearlake is seeking a qualified firm to operate its senior/community center under a lease agreement, delivering Meals‑on‑Wheels, daily congregate meals, and a broad menu of social, educational, health‑and‑recreation programs for adults 60+. The contractor will manage facility operations, janitorial services, kitchen equipment, volunteer coordination, and compliance with federal OAA, state AAA, and local health regulations.
