Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Minneapolis VA Medical Center, intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source contract with Lovell Government Services to provide an ONWARD ARC-EX System Professional. This system is a medical device designed to aid in the rehabilitation of individuals with spinal cord injuries. The contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Sole Source award under the authority of RFO 12.201-1.

• The ONWARD ARC-EX System Professional is the first FDA-cleared non-invasive spinal cord stimulation device specifically designed to restore hand and arm strength and function in people with chronic cervical SCIs.
