Budget estimate

$300,000 – $800,000

The solicitation does not disclose a budget. Comparable hospital suite renovation design contracts in the New York metropolitan area typically range from $300,000 to $800,000 depending on scope complexity, firm size, and duration. Given the need for both architectural and engineering services, code compliance, and temporary trailer planning, a reasonable estimate would fall within this band.
