High-Performance Liquid Chromatograph-Mass Spectrometer (HPLC-MS)

The United States Air Force, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) is conducting market research to identify potential sources for a High-Performance Liquid Chromatograph-Mass Spectrometer (HPLC-MS) system. The system must be 100% natively compatible with and controlled by the existing laboratory software platform, Agilent MassHunter. The HPLC-MS system should have various features such as an operating pressure of at least 800bar, mass spectrum analyzer with two modes of operation, and a quaternary pump and degasser. Interested parties are requested to submit a capability package providing clear and convincing evidence of their ability to provide an HPLC-MS system that meets the requirements. Some key features and requirements of the HPLC-MS system include: • The system must be a component system with all components from the same manufacturer • The system must have an operating pressure of at least 800bar • The mass spectrum analyzer must have two modes of operation: Electro-spray ionization (ESI) and Atmospheric-pressure chemical ionization (APCI) • The system must have a quaternary pump and degasser • The system must be upgradable to supercritical fluids (SFC) of Food Grade carbon dioxide (CO2) • The system must include the brand name of better Mass Hunter Data Analysis Software • The system must be purchased directly from the manufacturer, and installation must be performed by the OEM manufacturer • Training for 3 people for 3 days must be included • Delivery is required by the earliest possible delivery date, not to exceed 9 months after receipt of Award
