Description
The City of Salem is seeking proposals for the lease of space at Horace Mann Laboratory School for an early childhood organization. The space available includes 9880 square feet of classrooms, gang-style bathrooms, and non-exclusive use of the gym. The lease will be for a term of 3 years with an option to renew for two 1-year terms. The proposer must demonstrate experience in operating a similar organization, provide evidence of active EEC licensure, and commit to furnishing evidence of $1 million property and casualty insurance. The proposal must include a detailed description of the proposed use of the space, a price proposal, and a certificate of non-collusion. The City of Salem will award the contract to the most advantageous proposal, taking into consideration the comparative criteria included in the Request for Proposals.
