Description
The State of Colorado, Front Range Community College is soliciting bids from qualified Mechanical Contractors for the Replace AHU and Exhaust Fans project at the Westminster Campus. The project consists of replacing three existing air handling units and associated mechanical infrastructure, as well as installing new return/relief fans. The scope of services includes full Construction Contracting Services for the project, including construction, warranty period, and management of subcontractors.
• The project requires a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Tour on August 19, 2026.
• The estimated project cost is $1.2M.
• The project is subject to the Buy Clean Colorado (BCCO) Act program requirements and the State prevailing wage rate.
• The contractor must demonstrate experience with MEP infrastructure upgrade projects of similar scope and complexity within an occupied building.
• The contractor must provide a preliminary construction schedule with their response.
