Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Medtronic USA, Inc. to provide preventive and corrective maintenance of the Stealthstation S8 at the Milwaukee VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. The contract will be for a base year (05/01/2026-04/30/2027) plus four option years. The support is only authorized by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Medtronic USA, Inc.
• The contractor must provide new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) items only, with no used, refurbished, or remanufactured supplies or equipment/parts.
• The contractor must be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM.
• The contractor must abide by the required response time of on-site service within one business day.
• The contractor must provide proof of OEM certification for all technical personnel.
• The contractor must provide proof of ability to purchase OEM parts, if required.
