This pre‑qualification solicitation seeks qualified contractors to perform a combined water‑main relay and green stormwater infrastructure (GSI) project on Hellerman Street between Loretto Avenue and Castor Avenue in West Philadelphia. The work includes removal and replacement of existing water distribution mains, installation of new ductile‑iron and DI pipe, fire hydrant removal, water‑pitcher filters, and a suite of low‑impact stormwater features such as green inlets, catch basins, permeable pavements, and associated excavation, backfill, and concrete work.
