Description
The Black Hawk County is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the procurement, installation, programming, integration, testing, and training of an audio/visual system upgrade for the basement conference room at the Black Hawk County Courthouse. The room is divisible by a movable partition and must support two independent meeting spaces as well as a combined-room mode. The County is seeking a reliable, professional, and intuitive solution that simplifies meeting operation while reusing existing equipment where practical.
Key features of the project include:
• Existing room condition: The room can be divided into two separate meeting spaces by a movable partition.
• Wireless presentation/conferencing: Provide two wireless presentation/conferencing systems, or approved equal functionality, suitable for enterprise conference room use.
• Additional display and camera: Install one County-furnished display and mount and provide/install one additional conference camera at the approved location.
• Control and room modes: Provide control hardware, software, programming, licensing, and configuration necessary for the existing room control interfaces to control source selection, presentation switching, display routing, and room modes.
• Video and input routing: Provide any required video extenders, HDMI or equivalent inputs, network cabling, patch cables, adapters, and connectors required for a complete solution.
