This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive elevator, escalator, and lift maintenance and repair services for all Rowan University campuses in New Jersey. The contractor will be responsible for routine preventive‑maintenance, emergency response, repairs, parts replacement, and compliance inspections, adhering to university‑defined schedules and performance standards.
