Description
The Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC is seeking proposals for the replacement of ducts at the HEERC facility. The project involves the removal and replacement of existing ducts, and the installation of new ducts. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract.
Key aspects of the project include:
• The pre-proposal meeting and site visit will be held on May 5, 2026, at 10:00 am CST at the West Entrance Lobby of Wilson Hall.
• Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by May 12, 2026, at 4:00 pm CST.
• Proposals must be submitted by May 19, 2026, at 4:00 pm CST.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Fermilab policies.
• The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project.
