The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) is seeking a qualified vendor to supply and print 40,000 #10 business envelopes (15,000 regular and 25,000 window envelopes) for the Tohatchi Health Center. The envelopes must be peel‑and‑seal with a security tint, meet USPS specifications, and be compatible with a Neopost IS‑5000 inserter. The contractor must provide pre‑press PDFs, a press‑quality soft‑proof, and handle packaging, labeling (GPO Form 905), and traceable shipping to the health center in New Mexico by June 11 2026.
