Description
The City of Winston-Salem is seeking bids for the Winston Lake Golf Course Greens Replacement project. The project includes the removal and replacement of the putting surface for #13 green and the green complexes for holes #16 & 17. The M/WBE subcontracting goals for this project are 6% MBE and 4% WBE and must be met separately.
• The bid documents include the bid package with specifications and the plans.
• A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on December 2, 2025.
• Technical questions concerning this bid should be submitted electronically to Catherine Knisley.
• The City reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding procedures and to reject any or all proposals.
