City of Issaquah Sewer, Stormwater and Water Utility Maintenance Support

The City of Issaquah is seeking a contractor to provide sewer and stormwater pipe jetting/clearing, stormwater catch basin cleaning, and hydro-excavating for utility potholing and repair on an as-needed basis. The contract will be for a period of two years with an opportunity for a one-year extension. The contractor must be capable of performing 24/7 response for after-hour infrastructure failures. The city is looking for a contractor who can provide services within 48 hours of notification. • The contractor must have experience in sewer and stormwater pipe jetting/clearing, stormwater catch basin cleaning, and hydro-excavating for utility potholing and repair. • The contractor must be able to provide services on an as-needed basis. • The contractor must be capable of performing 24/7 response for after-hour infrastructure failures. • The contractor must be able to provide services within 48 hours of notification. • The contractor must have a valid business license in Washington state. • The contractor must have received L&I authorized training on public work and prevailing wage or have completed three or more public works projects.
