Description
The Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services is seeking to purchase IBM AIX v7 Licensing Software & Subscription for a term of 12 months, from December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2026. The procurement is limited to Master Contractors who are awarded a contract under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012). The contract will be awarded to a certified small business vendor. The scope of work includes the purchase of IBM AIX v7 software and support.
• The software and support are required for AIX OS updates and support.
• The current contract expires on November 30, 2025.
• The procurement is subject to the Additional Terms and Conditions specified in Attachment Y - Data Use Agreement.
• The Master Contractor must be an authorized reseller for the Manufacturer named in Section 1.
• The Master Contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP.
• The Master Contractor must include a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
