The Los Angeles Unified School District seeks a qualified contractor to supply, install, commission, and operate vertical 2 000‑gallon propane refueling stations at three bus‑garage locations. The work includes full permitting, safety system installation, 24/7 emergency response, routine maintenance, data‑interface development, and removal of equipment at contract end. The contractor must hold appropriate California licenses, provide required bonds and insurance, and comply with prevailing‑wage, labor‑code, and safety regulations.
• Install three 2 000‑gallon propane tanks with dispensers, emergency shut‑offs, fire extinguishers, and monitoring systems.
• Provide 24/7 emergency response, routine maintenance, and fuel‑delivery services; integrate monitoring data via SFTP with LAUSD IT.
• Deliver training, documentation, and post‑contract removal of all equipment; maintain required insurance, bonding, and prevailing‑wage compliance throughout the 3‑year term (with two optional 1‑year extensions).
