Description
The City of Sacramento is seeking bids for the Mangan Park Walkway Improvements project, which will upgrade roughly 0.32 acre of park space at 2140 34th St. The work includes demolition of existing pavement, excavation, construction of new concrete and asphalt walkways, ADA‑compliant ramps, installation of truncated‑dome warning tiles, curb and gutter, a new automatic irrigation system, and sod installation with a 14‑day post‑construction maintenance period. The contract is funded by CDBG dollars and must comply with Buy‑America, M/WBE, Section 3, and tribal‑monitoring requirements for certain excavations.
