DCP2302 - Request for Qual for CM @ Risk DCP - McCormack Infrastructure Upgrades, Boston, MA

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CM) for the DCP - McCormack Infrastructure Upgrades project in Boston, MA. The project involves upgrading the mechanical and plumbing infrastructure in a 23-story office tower, including replacement of central risers' piping, garage ventilation and exhaust, and one water-cooled chiller. The selected CM will be responsible for providing construction management services, including pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.
