Youth Basketball Program Management

The Village of Key Biscayne seeks a qualified firm to fully manage its Youth Basketball Program. This includes providing coaching and training services, developing a detailed program plan (practice schedules, game sessions, court usage), and ensuring all activities align with the Department of Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces’ allocation schedule at least eight weeks prior to each season. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidental costs required to run the program in compliance with the RFP specifications. • Manage all aspects of the youth basketball program (coaching, training, scheduling). • Create and maintain a comprehensive program plan with practice and game calendars. • Coordinate court usage and ensure compliance with the municipal allocation schedule. • Supply necessary equipment and oversee program logistics.
