P2513-26 Leslie & Clearwater Lift Station Replacement

The City of Kennewick is seeking bids for the replacement of the Leslie & Clearwater Lift Station. The project includes refurbishing and coating the existing wet well structure, installing new submersible wet well pumps, modifying the existing confined space drywell into a new valve vault, electrical and control upgrades, and other civil site improvements. The engineer's estimate for the project is $645,000. • The project requires the contractor to have experience with similar projects and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including prevailing wage rates and apprenticeship utilization requirements. • The contractor must also provide a bid bond, performance bond, and payment bond, and must have a current certificate of registration as a contractor in the state of Washington. • The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process. • The successful bidder will be required to execute a contract with the city within ten days of notification of award.
