The Turner County Schools is seeking quotes for the procurement of equipment required for the upgrade of Distance Learning Classrooms at three Turner County Schools locations. The quote should include all required equipment, accessories, training, freight, and installation for 72 classrooms, as well as telehealth, tele-counseling, conference rooms, media center, and gym spaces. The selected vendor will be expected to provide high-quality, reliable equipment, competitive pricing, timely delivery and installation, and warranty and post-installation support.
• The equipment includes all-in-one video bars, interactive panels, teacher laptops, wireless keyboards, and other audio-visual equipment.
• The vendor should have at least 5 years of experience in supplying and installing equipment for educational use.
• The vendor should provide a phased payment schedule and accept payment for the required local cash match portion of the total balance immediately upon completion and final acceptance of installation.
• The quotes will be evaluated based on compliance with the specifications and requirements, pricing, vendor experience and reputation, warranty and post-installation support, delivery and installation timeline, and customer service and support.
