Turnkey Energy Efficiency Project

The County of Fresno is seeking a turnkey energy efficiency project to deliver targeted energy efficiencies, renewable energy, and infrastructure modernization services at three distinct County facilities. The project will involve comprehensive energy audits, savings analysis, project recommendations, design, construction, and financing of asset improvements. The contract term will not exceed a five-year period. • The project will be awarded to the vendor offering the most advantageous proposal to the County. • The County reserves the right to terminate any resulting contract upon written notice. • The project involves the repair, alteration, maintenance, installation, rehabilitation, demolition, construction, or reconstruction of public buildings, streets, utilities, and/or other public works. • The project requires compliance with prevailing wage rates and labor laws. • The project involves the handling of confidential information and data, and the vendor must ensure adequate controls and data security measures.
