Keyence VXH-X1 Microscope System

The Department of the Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide a Keyence VXH-X1 Microscope System. The system must be compatible with current Keyence software and hardware, and have a motorized 300mm x 300mm stage control and automation. The microscope must also have a metallographic revolving turret with lenses ranging from 100-1000x, and multiple camera ports to reduce equipment damage. The contractor must meet all the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW), which includes installation, performance review, and training. • The microscope must have a low magnification lens for fully integrated head (5-20x). • The microscope must have a fiberscope and necessary mounting joints. • The microscope must have polarizers and diffusers for lens systems. • The microscope must have multiple camera ports to reduce equipment damage from changing and removing delicate lenses. • The microscope must have a minimum of 3 cameras included. • The microscope must have free angle observation/easy tilt ability with 3D virtual cross-section and measure. • The microscope must be ASTM compliant grain size analysis.
