The Defense Health Agency intends to negotiate a sole source contract with VANTIVE US HEALTHCARE LLC for the provision of Hypercare Full-Service Maintenance for Prismax Dialysis Equipment. The scope of work includes the furnishing of all labor, parts, and equipment necessary for the repair and maintenance of the equipment to ensure dependable and reliable operation. The contractor must provide all services, materials, and equipment necessary for the repair and maintenance of the equipment. The period of performance is from 01/22/2026 to 01/21/2027, with options for two additional years.
