Description
The West Virginia Lottery Commission is soliciting bids for Cisco Hardware and Software Support, specifically SMART Net Total Care, to provide maintenance and support for Agency-owned Cisco products. The services will include corrective maintenance, feature upgrades, and technical support. The contract will be for a one-year term, and the vendor must be a licensed reseller of Cisco. The scope of work includes providing Extended Service Agreement – Cisco SMART Net Total Care, registering all Cisco hardware with Cisco SMART Net Total Care, and providing 24-hour direct access to the Cisco Technical Assistance Center.
