Description
The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing division is seeking responses on behalf of the OHCA-EGID from potential suppliers to provide a contract for insured dental benefit plan options and related services for eligible participants in the Oklahoma Employees Insurance and Benefits Act (OEIBA) Program.
The contract will be for PY2027 Dental Carriers, with a requested quantity of 1. The bidder must provide new items of current design and technology, unless the State of Oklahoma specifies older models or versions or used, reconditioned or remanufactured products as acceptable.
The bid must include timelines for deliverables when applicable, and the bidder must submit a firm, fixed price for the term, including optional renewal terms, of the contract.
Some key points to note are:
* The bid must be submitted solely via the Oklahoma Supplier Portal.
* The entire bid must be submitted by the bid response due date and time.
* The bid must be structured in separate, labelled and easily identifiable sections using the bid packet format provided.
* Any requested exception or revision to terms or conditions provided by the State of Oklahoma shall be redlined in Word format using track changes.
* The State of Oklahoma will not accept any exceptions or revision to the language found in Attachment A, this language is designated as non-negotiable.
