Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $15,000,000

Based on typical capital improvement projects for municipal wastewater treatment plants of comparable size, the total bid value is likely to fall between $5 million and $15 million. The lower bound reflects a modest scope limited to essential repairs and equipment upgrades; the upper bound assumes extensive new installations, extensive masonry, and comprehensive process‑control system integration. Factors influencing the final amount include the extent of digester tank rehabilitation, the number and capacity of chopper pumps, and any additional civil works required.
