Description
The County of Los Angeles Department of Health Services is seeking qualified firms to provide instrument processing services, including sterilization, to support the County's hospitals and associated facilities. The services will be provided on an as-needed basis, and the County is looking for contractors who can provide offsite instrument processing services during the construction project and as otherwise required by the County. The selected contractors will be expected to provide these services for the County hospitals and associated facilities identified in Appendix A – Statement of Work. The key services include instrument processing, sterilization, and other related services. The County is looking for contractors who have experience in providing similar services and who can meet the minimum qualification requirements.
• The initial due date for receipt of RSASQ responses is July 29, 2022, by 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
• The County may extend the term of the Master Agreement for up to three years.
• The County is responsible only for that which is expressly stated in the RSASQ and any authorized written addenda thereto.
• The County may amend the RSASQ in the form of an addendum thereto.
• The Board of Supervisors retains the right to exercise its judgment concerning the selection of any contractor as a result of this RSASQ and the terms of any resultant Master Agreement.
