Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance, inspection, and testing services for generators, automatic transfer switches, and associated equipment at the Clement J. Zablocki Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The contract includes a base year and four option years. The contractor will be required to perform quarterly and annual maintenance, load bank testing, and emergency call-back services. The contractor must have experience with diesel generators, automatic transfer switches, and electrical distribution systems.
• The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform the required services.
• The contractor shall comply with all applicable EPA, OSHA, and state/local regulatory guidance regarding disposal.
• The contractor shall provide written reports and documentation of all services performed.
• The contractor shall have a quality control program in place to ensure that all work is performed to the required standards.
