Description
The Natural Resources Department is seeking bids for portable toilet services at various public water access and state trail restrooms in the Southern Region Parks & Trails for the 2026 season. The contract will involve providing, placing, maintaining, and servicing portable toilets, as well as loading, hauling, and disposing of refuse from identified sites. Bidders must submit their responses electronically through the Swift Portal, and the award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and terms.
• The bid must include all costs, such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, and use tax.
• The vendor must be registered as either a bidder or a supplier to participate in the event.
• A price schedule in Excel format is attached to the event and must be downloaded, completed, and uploaded by the bidder.
• The bidder must enter a bid amount in the unit bid price field.
• The contract is for the 2026 season, and the bidder must be able to meet the service dates stated in the solicitation.
