RFP-102-26 CM/GC DOC EKCC Facade & HVAC

The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for the renovation of the Eastern Kentucky Correctional Complex in West Liberty, Kentucky. The project includes facade and structural repairs, as well as HVAC replacement. The CM/GC will be responsible for providing construction management and general contractor services, including pre-construction and construction phase services. The project has a construction budget of $132,370,000 and is expected to be completed in 48 months. • The CM/GC will be responsible for cost estimation, scheduling, and constructability reviews. • The CM/GC will develop and issue multiple bid packages. • The CM/GC will provide construction phase services, including site logistics, scheduling, and coordination of trades. • The CM/GC will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. • The CM/GC will provide a lump sum fee proposal for pre-construction and construction services.
