Description
The City of Columbus, Public Utilities Department, is seeking a contractor to provide oxygen trauma units and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) maintenance services. The contractor will be responsible for servicing and maintaining at least 32 oxygen trauma units and 70 AED units located at various facilities within the Columbus, Ohio metropolitan area. The services shall include semi-annual functionality testing, replacement of expired pads or depleted batteries, and maintenance of inspection logs and related documentation. The contractor must have the necessary experience and expertise to provide said services and submit three references. All bidders must be properly licensed by the State of Ohio and all other authorities having jurisdiction.
• The estimated dollar amount to be spent on this agreement is $40,000.
• The contract will be for approximately one year from the date of execution of the contract up to and including June 30th, 2027.
• The City will award the bid to one vendor based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
• The contractor shall faithfully and properly complete the work in accordance with the scope of services to the satisfaction of the Department of Public Utilities.
